WORLD RECORD FOR YOUNGEST CHANNEL SWIMMERS

Well done to the 12yr and younger bristol based swimmers who have broken the record for the youngest team to swim the channel. James Elmer who swims for Keynsham was part of the team that swam for about 14 hours and achieved the swim on the 3rd Sept. Rosalind Cranham was a reserve. Both swimmers have been training for this event for 2 years. What a brilliant commitment and achievement.

OVER DUE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Reminder……..Reminder…….Reminder……Reminder…….Reminder

Revised Subscriptions….due 1st April 2008…..now Overdue……….!!!!!

Following a review of subscription payments made during the last few months, it has been noticed that many members of the club have yet to change their standing orders to reflect the new subscription rates from 1st April 2008. The club will be notifying those that have under paid, of individual amounts which remain outstanding but if you could make arrangements to change your standing order (with immediate effect) that would be much appreciated. There are also many annual £30 membership fees which remain outstanding.
