Keynsham swimming club is a competetive club near Bath and Bristol, in Somerset, UK.

We are memebers of the British Amateur Swimming Association(ASA) and Western Counties Amateur Swimming Association(ASA).

The club competes in many arenas and has swimmers in such competitions as the Speedo League, Southern Junior League, Western Counties Championships, Somerset County Championships, British National Championships and many more.

We compete against clubs mostly from the South West such as Millfield, Weston-Super-Mare, Cardif, Soundwell, Bristol Penguins, Bristol Henleaze, Bristol North swimming clubs and many more.

BRISTOL HALF MARATHON 5TH SEPT

Well done to the Keynsham team of  Eve Lockett, Abbie Bidgood, Joe and Sam Beament. All ran brilliantly to raise money for Access Sport. Thanks to all those that sponsored them. Well done Team.

SOMERSET DEVELOPMENT MEET 2/3RD OCT

This meet which is held at Hutton Moor, Weston Super Mare is a great competition for those that are going for county times. All Gold squad members that have not entered the Bristol Norths should be entering this please. Also all Junior and Senior squad swimmers this is great for you too. Entries have to be in by this Monday 12th Sept.

Bristol Rovers are playing at Home Sat so to avoid please be at Horfield before they Kick out at 4.45pm, thanks.

Aquathon results

Well done to Alex Dudbridge and Loren Bleaken, who competed in an Aquathon this weekend (on Sunday the 25th May).

Alex Dudbridge came 6th with a great time of 18min, 18 secon, while Loren Bleaken did extremely well with Loren coming 1st with a time of 16min,12sec.

Both our swimmers were competing in the Tristar 3 category, meaning that they were racing aginst competitors up to 14 year s old.

Well done!

MORE NATIONAL TIMES!

Well done to Siobhan O'Connor and Loren Bleaken who have achieved another National Qualifying time each. Siobhan in the 100 Fly and Loren in the 800 Free. These girls are on fire!!!

This was a great result for Keynsham especially as we had 6 key swimmers missing. This means that we should be in the final. Very well done to all our swimmers.
