WORLD RECORD FOR YOUNGEST CHANNEL SWIMMERS
Well done to the 12yr and younger bristol based swimmers who have broken the record for the youngest team to swim the channel. James Elmer who swims for Keynsham was part of the team that swam for about 14 hours and achieved the swim on the 3rd Sept. Rosalind Cranham was a reserve. Both swimmers have been training for this event for 2 years. What a brilliant commitment and achievement.

Well done to all our swimmers in the 1st round of The Southern junior League. We had a few dq's in the 1st lot of relays which depleted our points unfortunatly. But altogether a pleasing result. It was some of our younger swimmers 1st gala and they swam brilliantly. Thanks go to our older swimmers who came to help with the littlies, a fantastic example.
